The Annual New England Shoulder and Elbow Society meeting is scheduled for February 7 and 8, 2020 at the Jay Peak Resort in Jay Vermont. The program will consist of a variety of interactive didactic and panel discussion sessions with leading shoulder and elbow specialists. The course is designed for orthopedic surgeons who want to enhance their knowledge and skills in the management of shoulder and elbow conditions. It is designed to bring academic and community surgeons together to openly discuss shoulder and elbow topics in a relaxed yet educational environment.

We greatly value your support of the NESES conference. We will be hosting you in the state of the art Hotel Jay Conference Center. The exhibit area is accessible to conference attendees and has a wonderful flow for contact. We will also have the “vendor relaxation” area in the back of the lecture room available for your use.

We have two levels of exhibitors:

Gold Sponsor $6,500

Silver Sponsor $4,000

Includes company name and logo on website
Includes gala dinner for 2

As always, we have had a lot of interest and requests for participation. Limited exhibit space is available. Requests for exhibition space will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis, and please note that your space is not considered reserved until your check is received, and you have registered.

No exceptions. All representatives who would like access to the meeting space and the social events must be registered on the constant contact site in order for us to plan appropriately for the gala dinner, shirt sizes and space. Additional reps will be billed at $100 and you will be limited to 4 additional reps for a gold sponsor and 2 for silver.

Checks must be received before your exhibit space is secured, and an exhibit area will not be set up until checks are received.
